DATA PROTECTION

Privacy policy according to DSGVO

The collection and use of your personal data is carried out exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) applicable from 25.05.2018. With this data protection declaration, we inform you about which personal data we collect in the course of your use of the website http://www.futurias.com and for what purpose the data is used. In the following, we inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data.

  1. responsible party/contact
    The responsible party within the meaning of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) is:
    company. SOLAR-CONTACT WEBPORTAL
  2. Mail: info@solar-contact.com

The subject of data protection is personal data. According to the DSGVO, this is individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but also usage data, if applicable. Usage data is data that is required in order to use our website, such as information about the beginning, end and extent of the use of our website and login data.

2) Collection and storage of personal data as well as the type and purpose of their use
a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website http://www.solar-contact.com, information is automatically sent to our website server by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automatic deletion:

  • IP address of the requesting computer,
    Date and time of access,
    name and URL of the file accessed,
    website from which the access was made (referrer URL),
    the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
    The aforementioned data is processed by us for the following purposes:
  • Ensuring a smooth connection set-up of the website,
    Ensuring a comfortable use of our website,
    evaluating system security and stability, and
    for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. In no case do we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.

In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website (see below Cookies + Google Analytics).

b) When using our contact form
In case of questions of any kind, we offer you the possibility to contact SOLAR-CONTACT via a form provided on the website. In doing so, it is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address so that we know who the enquiry is from and so that we can answer it. Further information can be provided voluntarily.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is based on your voluntarily given consent.

The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after we have dealt with your enquiry.

c) When ordering our goods
We collect and process personal data (such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) for order and order processing, which are necessary for the delivery of the goods and any subsequent warranty processing.

The personal data you enter, order data and, for a short time, your IP address are stored by us. You can register with us using your e-mail address and a password and thereby gain access to the data stored by us about you and your orders.

If you wish to cancel your registration with us, please use the contact option below.

When you place an order, we store the billing and delivery address as well as information about the goods you have ordered and the payment method you have chosen. Your respective IP address is only recorded for a short period of time when you conclude a contract online.

We only collect the data required to complete the order and process the sale (minimum collection). If you do not provide us with this, the order cannot be completed and the website cannot be used to its full extent.

During the processing of the order, service providers commissioned by us (such as delivery services, logisticians, payment intermediaries) receive the necessary data. In such cases, information is passed on to these companies or individuals to enable them to process the order further. These external service providers are carefully selected and regularly reviewed by us to ensure that your privacy is protected. The service providers may only use the data for the purposes specified by us. The service providers are also contractually obliged by us to treat your data exclusively in accordance with this data protection declaration and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. transfer of data

Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

Integration of the Trusted Shops trust badge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops seal of approval and any ratings collected, as well as to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after they have placed an order.

This serves to protect our legitimate interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests.

When the Trustbadge is called up, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, the date and time of the call-up, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the call-up. Individual access data are stored in a security database for the analysis of security anomalies. The log files are automatically deleted 90 days after creation at the latest.

Further personal data is, if you decide to use solar-contact products after completing an order or if you have already registered to use them. The contractual agreement between you and solar-contact applies. For this purpose, personal data is automatically collected from the order data. Whether you as a buyer are already registered for product use is automatically checked using a neutral parameter, the email address hashed by cryptological one-way function. The e-mail address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops, before it is transmitted. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is necessary for the fulfilment of our and Trusted Shops’ overriding legitimate interests in the provision of the buyer protection linked to the specific order in each case and the transactional evaluation services in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Further details, including objections, can be found in the Trusted Shops privacy policy linked above and in the Trustbadge.

Furthermore, we only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

  • you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
  • the disclosure is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for disclosure in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as
  • this is legally permissible and necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b DSGVO.

4 Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data always requires a legal basis. When purchasing our goods via our homepage, the legal basis contract allows the processing of your personal data as a buyer, because this data is required for the conclusion and processing of the purchase contract.

5 Deletion of your data
As far as your data is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes, it will be deleted. Insofar as data must be retained for legal reasons, it will be blocked. The data will then no longer be available for further use.

  1. data subject rights
    You have the right according to DSGVO:
  • To request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
  • demand the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us without delay;

  • to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data, insofar as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you object to its erasure and we no longer require the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or you have objected to the processing;
  • To receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another controller;
  • To withdraw your consent once given to us at any time. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future; and
  • complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace for this purpose.
